Reliable Output, Easy Operation
The LianRou LR-PSA-99P combines synchronized servo control with fully automatic operation to deliver consistent pocket spring assembly at speeds of 17–19 rows per minute. Its integrated edge-cloth trimming creates neat mattress edges, while the touchscreen control simplifies operation and product changeovers.
CE-certified and designed for low-maintenance operation, it is well suited to small and medium-sized mattress manufacturers or as an additional production line for larger factories.
