The Wells Roll Accumulator automatically bundles produced springs into compact rolls, eliminating additional handling steps after production. Mounted directly to the zig-zag machine, it operates without a separate power or air supply and integrates seamlessly into existing workflows.
The system allows operators to define the desired roll length directly from the machine control station and produces rolls up to 30 meters long. This makes it particularly suitable for upholstery repair, furniture restoration, and automotive seat applications.
