The Wells Toolrite Nester automatically shapes and bundles springs produced by the SW200, creating compact bundles of multiple springs in a single operation. By reducing manual handling and preparing springs for the next production steps, it helps save both production and tempering time.
The system connects quickly to compatible machines and is available for different spring formats and widths. Custom bundle diameters can be accommodated to meet specific production requirements.
