The SW 200 features a low-maintenance two-bolt forming system and requires the synchronized wire reel SW150 for operation. Variable speed control and compatible stackers, nesters, and roll accumulation solutions allow flexible production for different spring formats and output requirements.

Depending on the configuration, the SW 200 can be adapted to different production environments and output demands, ensuring stable operation across varying wire sizes and spring geometries. Its modular setup supports efficient integration into existing production lines.
